Diode Laser
Lasers are currently used for recontouring or reshaping gums, removing extra or diseased gum tissue associated with the use of certain medications or periodontal disease, and removing the bacteria in periodontal pockets to promote healing. Healing time and post operative discomfort can be significantly reduced over the traditional surgical methods. The dental laser allows for expanded services including:

• Periodontal therapy (gum disease)
• Excision of minor growths
• Crown lengthening (removing gum and bone to expose more tooth)
• Apthous ulcer treatment. (The laser takes away the discomfort of the ulcer)
• Frenectomies (frenum is a small muscle attachment under the lips)
• Cosmetic contouring of the gum tissue (gum lift, reshaping)

Cerec 3D CAD/CAM

CAD/CAM is computer aided design and milling of porcelain restorations. Using CAD/CAM technology our team can place porcelain restorations usually in appointment saving you time and money.

CEREC 3D, allows us to complete a ceramic tooth restoration in one visit instead of two, saving you time and inconvenience. This technology uses tooth-colored material, so your smile won’t be discolored by silver-colored fillings.

Cerec technology has created restorations that last longer and look more natural. Most are almost indistinguishable from natural teeth. Yellow, worn or missing teeth or a gummy smile can be a distant memory. As fluoride has greatly reduced decay in younger children, cosmetic dentistry can eliminate any adult’s less than confident smile.

Advanced Imaging
Intra and extra oral images are a vital part of the patient record and is an excellent patient education tool. Using captured video images we can more clearly explain treatment that is necessary to your dental health.
