Dr. Lorraine Celis and her staff use digital sensors to capture radiographs used in the diagnosis of your dental health. Just like your digital camera at home, radiographic images are captured the instant they are taken. Time consuming steps associated with film and digital scanners have been eliminated. A full mouth series takes only minutes from start to finish—and with less radiation to the patient.

 

Approximately ten radiographs from our dental practice equals one x-ray from a traditional non-digital dental practice. In addition, there are no developing and fixing chemicals, associated with film based radiographs, to dispose of in the environment.

We feel very safe using this type of technology. Our equipment is inspected every three years by an Indiana state licensed Physicist to ensure compliance and safety. We are committed to providing you with state-of-the-art care in the safest environment possible.
